Qua it Beautiful Stay Near Ostuni

Stefano was a wonderful host who greeted us with an anniversary gift. Their home is very close to Ostuni. He also was able to get us a table at his friends restaurant in town with very short notice. They had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use at the beautiful beach in the area. Be sure to visit the ruins around town. Thank you for an incredible stay Stefano!

Nice Hideaway

Was a really nice place, a little outside of Ostuni but really quiet and a nice pool. All you need is there for a time off.

Beauty and Tranquility

Absolute peace and tranquility in this beautiful haven, set in amongst an ancient olive grove. A small, finely restructured limestone ensuite room, with separate kitchen and a spectacularly stylish pool. Perfectly situated for sight seeing, if you can bear to ever leave. Charming, helpful hosts; Stefano, a font of information, gave us excellent suggestions! Chosen for a special birthday celebration, we had an unforgettable stay. Thank you!

Excellent experience

We had a wonderful stay. First, the communication was excellent and Stefano sent the best tips for anything you would need in the area. Most importantly the hosts are in incredibly kind. Just great people. The separate outbuilding room is attached/adjascent to the main house, and there is a separate kitchen which is very well laid out and clean. The pool is beautiful and the location into Ostuni or further points surrounding is extremely convenient. In fact, it’s located in one of the best areas of Ostuni. A great experience all around!!

Paradise in Ostuni

A beautiful peaceful stay a 10 minute drive from Ostuni. The villa is located amongst olive groves beneath Ostuni and is decorated beautifully. The pool and the surrounding gardens really make this feel like paradise. The accommodation is a separate out house with a bedroom and bathroom to where Stefano and Daisy live, however they are wonderful hosts and give you lots of privacy and are very friendly also. Stefano gave us lots of tips of what to do each day in the surrounding areas and this really made our trip special. The pool is lush and for your own use and so is the kitchen which we used every day and is filled with everything you could ever need! We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon.

A little piece of heaven

We just spent a glorious week here and Stefano made us feel so welcome. Before we even arrived he sent us lots of recommendations which were so valuable. Nothing was too much for him - always available to help and even bought some medication when needed. He was the host with the most - friendly, knowledgeable and kind but unobtrusive! The villa is set amongst olive groves yet only 20 mins to the beach and to Ostuni. The location is so pretty and quiet. The accommodation was perfect for us and was in a peaceful idyllic setting - the bonus for us was having the pool entirely for ourselves which was cleaned every morning before we even got up! The room was spotlessly clean and cool with brilliant air conditioning and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in when we weren’t enjoying some of the amazing restaurants recommended by Stefano! You need a car to visit some of the wonders of Puglia - Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello and many more, but the driving is easy and scenery beautiful. We definitely did not want to leave and will be back - this really is a little piece of Puglian heaven!

Wonderful, tranquil experience

The property is in a rural set amongst olive groves, placed perfectly between the sea and the town of Ostuni. All amenities worked perfectly - icy cold air conditioning and the pool was kept very clean. The kitchen is in an adjacent building and is well-equipped with all crockery and cutlery and utensils you need for meal prep, along with all main appliances. The location means that a car is pretty essential for making trips to the nearest restaurants or bars or shops or tourist sights...perhaps a little too far to walk. Our hosts were super friendly and very responsive to any questions we raised. Someone was often around taking care of the garden or maintaining the property but they were always discrete and quiet in the background. We used the property as a base for exploring and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the area around Ostuni and the Adriatic coast. A wonderful holiday!

Very pleasant stay

We, married, 56 and 63 years old, lawyer and teacher, had 15 wonderful days at the „Villa Ostuni“, offered by Signor Stefano Ratta and bis wife Daisy. It‘s a bigger Bungalow, where Stefano and Daisy live, with a smaller guesthouse with bedroom, bathroom and a smaller room to stow away more luggage. The bathroom is modern style with „Jungle-Shower“. The double bei is kingsize and comfortable (I‘ve 1,96m - it was big enough). Outside the Pool is large and Stefano cleans it everyday in the early morning. Near the Pool you got a shady corner with a desk and seats where you can have breakfast or dinner. There are enough sunbeds and as we asked for an umbrella - no Problem. Stefano and Daisy are always very helpful, although they‘re seldom visible. Just a WhatsApp-Mail and you will get any help you ask for, such as hints for Good Restaurant or places to Go, material you need. Stefano offered us also to use their garden and gave us from his tomatoes biological grown. The kitchen is another small Building that is attached to the main building. We had there anything we needed. Around this „inner Area“ they grow Olive trees behind small Walls of stone, to separate it from the neighbor houses. Like written on a stone by Daisy: a Real Small „Paradise“. If you want it calm stay at Home and if you want more „Action“ the beautiful City Ostuni is 3.5 km/5 min. away. There is lots more to see in the near. Thank you Daisy and Stefano, that you let us be your guests in your Paradise!!! See you!

Un vero Paradiso !!

Da sole la curatissima piscina privata e la tranquillità del luogo in mezzo agli ulivi varrebbero il soggiorno. Poi naturalmente la suite confortevole con un bellissimo bagno tutto nuovo. E'comunque l'host che dà un " plus " al soggiorno: Dall'arrivo alla partenza Stefano è stato sempre disponibile per un eventuale aiuto e preziosi consigli su luoghi e ristoranti, rimanendo comunque estremamente discreto.

Très bel endroit +++

Accueil sympathique, couple très disponible, endroit merveilleux au milieu des oliviers avec belle terrasse au bord de la piscine , discrétion des hôtes mais cuisine sans cafetière moderne , sans micro-ondes , avec très peu de vaisselle !!! Pas de pièce à vivre si pluie ou temps frais

"Suite paraiso"

Der Name ist Programm. Wir durften zwei tolle Wochen bei Stefano und Daisy verbringen. Die beiden wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück, sind aber nur morgens beim Reinigen des Pools und Gießen der Blumen zu sehen...oder jederzeit bei Bedarf. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp klappt wunderbar - so war unsere deutlich verspätete Ankunft kein Problem; außerdem haben wir direkt viele Tipps bekommen (Strände, Bars, Restaurants, usw.). Wie auch frisch geerntete Tomaten aus dem privaten Gemüsegarten. Der große, private Poolbereich ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Top war auch die Lage für unsere Erkundigungen der apulischen Küste. Umgeben nur von Olivenbäumen und reichlich Grillen ;-). Mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten an die Küste oder nach Ostuni, einer Stadt mit tollem Flair. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - mille grazie!

Heerlijk verblijf in een super omgeving.

De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk mensen die je voorzien van alle informatie die je maar wil. Ze weten veel over de omgeving te vertellen en geven tips wat leuk is om te doen. De tuin en vooral het zwembad zijn geweldig. Zeker als van natuur en comfort houdt is dit een fantastisch verblijf.

Soggiorno di relax

La struttura è immersa tra gli olivi e la natura, dove regna la pace e la tranquillità. Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza lontano dal caos cittadino. La suite si trova in una zona comoda sia per raggiungere il centro di Ostuni sia per raggiungere le varie spiagge. Stefano e Deisy sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Sicuramente torneremo 😊

Suite paraiso di nome e di fatto

Un nome più azzeccato non c è…un angolo di Puglia costruito per coccolarti in ogni sua pietra…immersa tra ulivi e un meraviglioso giardino…la piscina una piccola bomboniera dove chiudere gli occhi e sognare…e che dire dei proprietari Stefano e Daisy perfetti padroni di casa attenti e allo stesso modo mai invadenti…se la valutazione ha una scala da 1a 10, la nostra e’ 12….Torneremo il prossimo anno per una altra settimana in paraiso

Ein wunderschöner und perfekter Urlaub

Daisy und Steffano, was für wunderbare Gastgeber.Toller großer Privatpool, jeden Tag gesäubert,Das Haus,sehr gut ausgestattet,liebevoll im Detail,gute Betten,Moskitonetze,alles sehr sauber,in der Küche fehlte es an nichts.Die beiden Besitzer wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück,sind sehr sehr nett,äusserst dezent,achten sehr auf die private Atmosphäre des Gastes,aber wenn man sie braucht,supernett,immer hilfsbereit und sind immer da für Fragen über Ausflüge, Einkauf,Strände etc.Wir vermissen die wunderschönen Abende zu zweit und in aller Stille auf der Terasse am Pool.Danke Daisy und Steffano für diese tolle Location und für euren Charme und eure Gastfreundlichkeit.Note eins für euch und euer Haus, super zum weiterempfehlen und wir hoffen, euch wieder zu sehen für einen weiteren Traumurlaub !Viel Gesundheit Claudia und Ortwin

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Tolle Lage: Man hat seine Ruhe, braucht aber nur 15 Minuten in die Stadt mit dem Auto. Schöne Einrichtung, alles sauber und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Basics zum Kochen und Wäsche waschen. Gerne wieder 😊

3 Wochen im Paradies ❤️

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei wundervollen Menschen verbracht. Das eigens für Gäste erbaute Haus ist wahnsinnig hochwertig, raffiniert und liebevoll gestaltet. In diesem sind das Schlafzimmer und das Bad untergebracht. Das Bett ist top und wir hatten in keinem Urlaub bisher so ein tolles Badezimmer. Die Küche ist separat, was tatsächlich sehr praktisch ist, da nie störende Kochgerüche im Haus sind. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sensationell und wie alles andere auch, total sauber und werden mit viel Liebe und Aufwand gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und immer weht ein leichter Wind, der die Julihitze angenehm macht. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind mit dem Auto zahlreiche unfassbar schöne Städte, Dörfer und das Meer zu erreichen. Liebe Daisy, lieber Stefano: Ihr habt so sehr mit eurer überaus herzlichen, aufmerksamen, informativen und freundlichen Art zu diesem wundervollen Urlaub beigetragen. Ostuni hoilday

Lovely villa with fantastic pool, very private even though the owns lived adjoining. Think a small welcome pack would have a good idea, or aleast a bottle of water in the fridge. Driving essential as it’s quite remote.

Beste Lage für Erholung und Erkundung der Besonderheiten der Region

Wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in Stefanos mit viel Liebe gepflegtem Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Eine Oase der Ruhe in mediterraner Umgebung mit Pool. Vielen Dank an Stefano . Mit seinen Tipps hat er wesentlich dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub hatten.

PARFAIT du début à la fin

Notre séjour à la casa Margarita a été PARFAIT, que ce soit la maison, l'emplacement, la disponibilité de Stefano (encore MERCI pour les bons plans tout au long du séjour), la discrétion de nos hôtes, la météo, la quietude, ... On a juste rien à redire. Ils ont tout fait pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison ! On recommande à 3000%, vraiment !

È stata una bellissima esperienza. Non un semplice soggiorno. Il silenzio. Gli ulivi bellissimi. Un’aria tersa che, per chi come noi viene da una metropoli, è un grande regalo. La casa e’ deliziosa. Daysy e Stefano sono ospiti attenti e discreti. Sicuramente torneremo. A presto!
