「Breakfast area is small, not enough tables and chairs」

「Clean room. Reasonable price. Friendly owners」

「Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave」

「It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about...

「Very awesome cabin!! The creek is lovely and the property is beautiful. We had an amazing stay!」

「What a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was clean, spacious and perfect location. I didn’t roam around the grounds much just due to the nature of my stay but what I saw were well kept and maintained. I wish I would have been able to walk the trails but just didn’t have the time. The view from the deck over looking the fields and pond was amazing. With the use of the provided binoculars you could see for miles. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.」

「This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend」

「clean space」

「What a great cabin. The view from the deck was amazing, and the cabin was truly secluded. We brought our dog, Kane, who also had an amazing time running up and down the slope of the property. They had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our trip. I came for the stars in the dark sky, and they did not disappoint. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. 」

「Cute house and well stocked. Ideal distance to cherry springs State Park. 」

「This is an amazing property. Very clean and well maintained. It is very family friendly. The property is on a large plot of land in a very quiet area. While we weren't out checking out the many attractions the area has to offer, the game room kept us entertained. All the pictures of this place and the description given on the app are 100% accurate. If you book it, you won't be disappointed. We would definitely book this place again.」

「The apartment was very cute and cozy with great old wood floors and accents. My only complaint is when we got there, it was 88 degrees in the upstairs apartment. There were several AC units, but they were all off and it took a few hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We had breakfast downstairs the next morning and the food and staff were amazing!」

「A lovely place to decompress. Perfect location. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.」

「Beautiful little cottage great place to unwind. Very well stocked as well. Exactly as described. Shooting stars and hemlocks and ferns and peaceful solitude. Dachshund approved.」

「What a wonderful place! We even heard an elk call from the hill! Very peaceful and gorgeous surrounding. The brook adds to the calm. Chris was easily reachable and so helpful in many ways and also offered suggestions of places to go and things to do. Hot tub was a plus! Beds are comfy too! Would highly recommend.」

「We had the best time at Chris' place. Absolutely beautiful home in a serene and quiet setting. The views of the night sky were incredible. Home itself was very clean, kitchen was stocked with most supplies you'd need. The property was well maintained and we loved the butterfly garden. The game room was also a hit! Recommend bringing a sleeping mask as the sunrise is bright in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back again!」

「Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!」

「Lovely property and incredible place. A quiet and relaxing time with our family!」
