The room seemed clean enough and was adequate for one male guest (me). My wife and kids wouldn't like it here. The outside areas need attention. There were tall weeds along the walkways. I don't think it would take much to cut those down.

I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in. Robert gave me some suggestions on where to get a good meal which was helpful since this was my first time in this town. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and to my surprise did have Roku TV...big plus for me. I have expanded my business into this area and any future overnight stays will definitely be here for myself or any of my staff.

I traveled with my partner and we stayed one night, but the room was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. No bugs of any kind in the room, everything was extremely clean, and the AC was amazing! The room is old school, but so very cute and cozy. Lastly, the owner is exceptionally nice and welcoming, he takes care of everything and everyone, and you can really tell how hard he works and takes pride in the work he does.

Room 4 had a weird odor, you can tell everything is old. Low water pressure. Toilet didn't flush very well. The images on here made it look really nice but that's false. Looks like a total dump. Should have been a $40 a night stay. Hallway next to our room was leaking water from the ceiling. Plus sides, bed was comfortable, room was clean, other than spiderwebs. The guy was friendly. Looked busy building something.. hopefully improvements.

Overall, for the price, a great place to stay for the night! It was 10 minutes outside of downtown Oswego. The room could use a deep clean in the bathroom, but the staff was very friendly and I preferred staying here over a corporate motel.
