“When I checked in, the key card worked byt the door would not open. Had to go down to front desk & they assigned another room. Ice maker did not work on the 4th floor. Had to go down to the erd floor.”

Nice touches and some upgrades for an older cottage. It’s all we needed and very convenient to Oakwood Resort and the water. Would book again. Thanks!”

“I wanted to take my wife somewhere to relax and to get away. Gardengate was just wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Rhoda the owner and she was wonderful in so many ways. Her husband Tom was also so welcoming and kind..we felt like part of their family. The cottage was perfect and so nice. We loved the farm atmosphere and we were so impressed. I really cant say anything negative about our stay or the quality of the cottage. Rhoda was so helpful as the host and my wife and I……

“My husband and I spent a weekend here with our four children 8- 18 months. We all had a great time and the kids especially LOVED discovering all the unique and cool features of this place. Plenty of space for everyone and for them to run around (both inside and outside) and explore. We enjoyed making smores in the fire pit and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake as well as a few activities around town. The host was fantastic and very responsive.”
