The room was comfy with a nice interior design and stylish utilities. The motel’s owner/staff was very friendly. We forgot about our things in the fridge and were able to get them back after checking out. Definitely perfect for vacation!

A clean and warm chalet. The wooden interior is very nice. It has what we want, and the owner/staff welcomed is very friendly. With the strong hot shower, this is a comfortable place to stay.

I have travelled around the world extensively and have stayed in numerous hotels. But I must say that Barry the Motel Manager and host ranks top in being most warm and helpful. I am glad we chose Amross Hotel because of him.

We had a fantastic stay at Gibbston Valley Lodge & Spa. This was definitely one of the best places that we have stayed at around the world. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, tending to our queries and requests. We would like to specifically thank Junio for his warmth and helpfulness. Just one night stay. You need a car to come here. Unusual place.

The dinner in the castle was amazing. It's not cheap, but the quality of the food is excellent and the location is unique.

Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks Great service, the staff have been very helpful However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice
