Malheureusement et heureusement, nous avons écourté notre séjour à cet hôtel car, l'état de la chambre était déconcertant. Mal propre, en rénovation, manque de service même au minimum... Je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit.

Très très désuet besoin d un rafraîchissement , tapis du pour être changé et le bain à remous ne fonctionnait même pas, bouchon du bain, télévision qui fonctionnait mal et très bruyant .On attendait les gens dans le corridor parler et comme des coups de le mur. Je ne le recommanderai pas c est sur. Vraiment déçu.

Liked nothing - paid 60 more than other guest they say because I used Expedia. No amenities available such as vending machine for water or pop, none of the ice machines worked on any floor. floors in hallway very dirty, room stuffy, bed soft pillows hard. Checkin took 45 minutes. Met angry guests that found a cockroach in their bathtub (photo proof shown to me) do not recommend

The staff and workers were good but the the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. I switched rooms 3 times during my stay and the manager did I would get a discount but in the end when it came to checkout I got nothing! I will never stay there again, not will I recommend to anyone! Traumatizing stay I endured.

Hôtel bien situé. La propreté des chambres et l’état d’entretien semble être sur la pente descendante. Ménage à moitié fait dans la chambre (1 lit sur deux) et les femmes de ménage cognent et entrent dans les chambres sans demander s’il y a quelqu’un. Après plusieurs fois à cet hôtel, je songe malheureusement à aller ailleurs la prochaine fois. Décevant!

Ils sont en rénovation et nous n’avions pas été avisé. Il n’y avait pas de robe de chambre, le foyer ne fonctionnait pas malgré la visite d’un membre du personnel. Pas de séchoir à cheveux dans la chambre. L’interrupteur pour le chauffage n’était pas recouvert. Aucun cadre sur les murs. Peinture sur les tapis dans les corridors avec de nombreux objets qui traîne. Grande déception 😠

The pictures are not representative of the property. The whole hotel smelled vaguely of moisture, and the carpets and walls in the halls were dirty. The room was extremely dimly lit - I could not put my makeup on in the bathroom, so had to do that in the car! I tried to turn on a lamp in the corner of the room, only to discover there was no light bulb. When I tried to call the front desk to ask about getting a light bulb, I realized the phone did not work. he phone did not work, and there were cobwebs by the door of my room. Adding insult to injury, I could not control the temperature in my room, so roasted the entire night. Will definitely not be returning.

First of all, no room cleaning was provided even after I have requested them!! I stayed there for 3 nights with out room cleaning service. TV in the room is a smart tv actually but all the options are disabled on it!! Strange that it does not have the option to connect to wifi… and the guy in the reception has lot of attitude in answering the guests. Do not recommend this place!!!

Where do we start? The customer service and front desk staff were less than helpful. The room was disgusting. There was soap scum in the tub, dust over the bed, dirty sheets, the blow dryer didn’t work and the shower head was barely hanging on the wall. We decided to leave after the second day . My boyfriend accidentally left his clothes in the closet. We called and first I was told that cleaning staff had left and we’d have to call back the next day. My boyfriend called back. The gentleman was extremely rude and asked what the problem was now and gave him a difficult time. The hotel was under renovation, there was no where to buy a drink and when we asked for clean sheets the housekeepers only came in and remade the bed with the dirty sheets. We will never stay here again.
