Room was clean and well looked after. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was handy and ample. Biggest complaint was it was confusing figuring out how to actually get there. It wasn't obvious with just a little lane off the back of a parking lot. Otherwise good.

Quiet and comfortable, easy access to downtown

Quite peaceful and comfortable but no kettle, coffee maker. Easy bus transport to downtown Ottawa on stop closeby. Ask front desk to point out shortcut to this bus stop. Is a student residence and therefore has no cutlery or plates. Large refrigerator and good microwave. No TV.

This property doesn’t have their own parking and parking in front the building is privately owned by someone other. Which is limited too. In my stay it was full and was asked by the employee at front desk to park near main road with parking which is also privately owned. And got 80$ tickets. When asked again at front desk they said we can’t do anything its not our property. Then why even suggest to park there.

While the staff were lovely, the beds and rooms are brutal. There is no air conditioning even though it is advertised. The beds were brutally uncomfortable. Our room was 25 degrees all night with no airflow and we have never spent a more uncomfortable night anywhere.

A refrigerator in the room we booked was not working properly. I think they have to check before we got into the unit, but night time staff member changed our room right away. He was pretty helpful and nice.

There was no water supply in the bathroom for shower, and not even basic necessities like water bottles in the room for four and basic toiletries like toilet papers, it can be considered as a hostel room with no basic facilities.
