I booked a six person room with 4 confirmed occupants because I had 2 friends that were tentative. Without notice or renegotiating the agreement they changed it to a four person room. They would not acknowledge their unlawful discrepancy for several hours and multiple emails. My friends confirmed that they were going to be there, but after I informed them of the malfeasance of the lodge, they booked a different room. The motel eventually lived up to their end, but my friends had already booked another place. One star

We had a short visit but we really enjoyed it. Beautiful property and views. Walking the grounds and seeing all the flowers and wildlife were very enjoyable. I am sore from a knee injury, so the stairs and hills were a challenge for me. The people next to us were a little loud at times, but luckily we they were quiet at night. I missed having some salt and pepper in the kitchen and the upstairs tv had a very low volume setting and didn’t respond while I tried to change it with the remote. Other than that, no issues. Comfortable beds and pillows! Staff were helpful and accommodating. I told our friends that live in Oregon about it, so hopefully that will get a chance to visit too!
