El staff no muy bien capacitado, el restaurante tenia precios muy elevados. En la madrugada nos despertó el ruido de algo que movía las tejas del techo quizas un mapache. No disfrute la estadía. Tiene linda vegetación, es lo único positivo.

Hotel Tierras Blancas
Room was unheated and inadequately furnished. No desk, just a double bed and a single small chair in the corner. The room was big enough to include a desk. The hotel was a bit of a long walk to the center of Valle de Bravo.

Location amazing. View from rooms amazing. Rooms are dated. Pillows not comfortably ( too poofy). Water in the shower goes hot cold hold cold. Rooms smell from extreme moisture. Food was so so.
