“A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again.”

“Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful Riad with 3 styles inside. Massage service is available but just average. The dinner is probably the best we have in Morocco. Do remember to have a local guide tour too.”

“Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. “Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez.”

“Great value for money. Easy access to tours (near a main street) and very clear directions in the medina. Dinner and breakfast were the best we had in town, both in taste and presentation. Staff were genuinely helpful, special thanks to Yassine and Abde Arhman, and the owner Abdul was clear and efficient. They arranged a hammam with pick-up. Room was spotless and the bed/blanket were very comfortable. Bonus: a small shop 1 min away you can buy snacks and drinks, the lady boss and the kids are……
