"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

"Nice and comfy room. Beautiful garden with many beautiful birds and other wildlife. Close to the beach. Plus is for the distance to Galle Road (which is very noisy). The dinner was good, but far from great. The curry’s are way to salty. Same as for the breakfast (don’t try the chocolate pancakes). Beautiful place and very friendly staff. - Big minus for the hotels own landfill that you see if you take a walk outside the fences. They should really clean that up. Not ok! "

"The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!"

"Loved the stunning location on a very quiet beach (it is quite isolated though). Facilities were great- pilates, yoga, spa, pool. Staff were so friendly. I stayed a week and felt very safe and comfortable. Only 4 stars because I think it was quite expensive for 3 star accomodation plus activities and food on top. The food wasn't great but luckily there are really good restaurants nearby. I was expecting more of a relaxing retreat atmosphere but there were a lot of young children screaming and...
