“We had amazing stay at Ubuntu. From manager to housekeeping all staffs were helpful. This place puts customer service above all. Shout out to Vishaw, Indika and kitchen staff for going above and beyond. Besides great staff, hotel is located at quaint beach where you can spot turtles at night. They even had baby turtle releasing event in the evening. Overall I highly recommend this boutique hotel. We had great experience. ”

“酒店房間數目不多，住客少更覺舒適，四間佈置精緻屋內有三房間及大廳，屋前是泳池及沙灘，沙灘不適合游泳，晚上在灘旁餐廳用餐有機會遇上海龜，我們便遇到了，感覺幸運，房間空間十足，各項擺設傢俱都看得出老闆的心思，不但美觀且實用性高，早上有瑜伽導師授課，我們寧放棄附近景點要待在酒店享受環境及跟酒店養的狗狗們嬉戲。”

“The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and……

“My family enjoyed the beach. Looks like private beach. My son said he also said he was happy. Food was good. I had a pizza and Sri Lanka curry for room service. Staffs were kind to us. We had enjoyed and relexed at the resort.”

“Hidden gem tucked over a hill just off the main road with a jungle outlook. Lovely rooms, amazing breakfasts, friendly hosts and staff, and a short walk to where the action is. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ”
