Well stocked kitchen and all the basic supplies needed including coffee filters, some spices, paper goods etc. Comfortable beds, living areas. Great location. Would stay here again even knowing we would have to schlep our three LARGE suitcases plus water and groceries up two flights of stairs. We knew that going in so we were mentally prepared … if only our sea level lungs were prepared . It’s a great place. Loved be able to open all the windows for a chilly fresh breeze. We hope to be back.

Perfect location! Walkable to anything in town and great people watching from the balcony. Only minor downside was no AC - when we arrived the unit was at 79 degrees so we opened as many windows as possible and turned on some fans, which when paired with the cool weather overnight, got it down to 73 degrees by the next morning. It was just the first night that was a little too warm for us, but the rest of the nights were fine and it overall didn’t impact our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

Loved our stay! This apt was great to sit on the deck and enjoy the sun hitting the mountain and water fall. Kids loved they could run out the door and grab food or shop. Cute little touches to the place with their vacation rental kits. Highly recommend this location.

Great Location

We loved this condo downtown Ouray. It was a wonderful location next to downtown shopping and restaurants. Amazing views from every window. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved staying here with our family and hope to return someday. The host was also very responsive to messages.

Great location in a great town

We have been traveling to Ouray each winter for several years for the ice park. We like to park one time and walk everywhere, and this condo is perfect. Great layout, very clean and comfortable, and perfect location to be convenient to everything. Parking and access to the unit were easy. Would definitely come here again!

Great view of cascade falls!!

Cute home, wonderful view, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, starter supplies. Lots of board games in the living room closet. We rented two jeeps for a couple of those days and was able to park all vehicles in front or across street. Even saw a bear crossing the street outside our window one night. Being on the top floor was great and deck was a nice feature. Would stay here again!!

It had everything we needed in the kitchen and provided plenty of accessories such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc! It even had koozies! It was perfectly located to easily access the ice park and hot springs. The hosts were responsive and everything was easy and perfect! We will definitely try to stay here again!
