"Set up like a typical, standard motel from the 70s/80s, with updated room interior. Minimal but sufficient, comfortable, and clean. Location is perfect."

"The property is convenient to the beach, has plenty of parking, has a gym, pool and laundry room as well. The carpet on the halls smells and s stained and could use a good professional cleaning. Rooms are comfortable and have a kitchenettes. It was nice to have a fridge. Great staff. "

"Room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good, great view of the ocean from my 4th floor room in the tower oceanfront side. Only downside was the 5-6 flies in the room and the noisy guys in the room next to me at 1:30am because one of them was drunk... running up and down the hallway, slamming their door, talking loud and arguing, etc."

"The ocean was not visible because we were ground floor and the sand dunes blocked it. Which is normal in this area. Bath"

"It was okay. You do get what you pay for. The location is excellent. We were supposed to be on the first floor and when we went into the room it was NOT ready so we went back and got upgraded to another room in the second floor. The room head ocean view so that was nice. During one of the days the hot water went out but we called and they said they’re working on it and indeed that was fixed quickly (or at least quickly after we noticed it). The breakfast was okay everyday the same. The coffee was sooo good for some reason but the juices were so warm. I wish they made it more clear that the pool is not open yet because it was warm even though off season. Oh btw. The walls are thin. There was a baby crying 24/7 in one of the rooms and it didn’t bother me that much but there definitely might be people who would surely be annoyed "
