「I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help....

「The host was very accommodating and helpful. The space is attached to their home but never once did they make it awkward. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a great space for a couples quiet getaway.The only thing that would have made things more comfortable would be more pillows. In all, it was a nice stay. Host communication was quick and helpful with exception of door code issue upon arrival which I’m sure was an honest mistake the host was very apologetic about. The sofa and chair apoear to be patio furniture and not comfortable at all and very difficult to get up being so low to the floor. The bath tub would not enpty so stoid in dirty water to shower.
