Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. 「The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

「This property has huge potential however it is not a place I will ever stay again or recommend. There is no restaurant except for breakfast and no room service despite the in room information stating that there is room service and listed the times. The bathroom floors were slimy and dirty to the point that our feet would get dirty just walking around the room barefoot! The only thing I appreciated about the stay was the “free” self parking.
