“Marcel ist ein völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses waren mehr als einfach. Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer schönen liebevollen Einrichtung. Das obere Badezimmer mit Whirl-Badewanne, riesengroße Duschanlage mit Radio, Regen, Dusche, Massage etc.waren bei den Kids natürlich das Highlight. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour à Gênes. Alessandra a été très arrangeante, notamment avec notre retard dû aux embouteillages.. L’appartement est très bien placé au cœur du centre historique à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quies, la place est très vivante et donc bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour 3 jours, nous l’avons supporté et étions très heureux d’être au cœur de la vie génoise.”

“The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment……

“War unser erster Familienurlaub mit Nachwuchs und er hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wie, in anderen Rezessionen, bereits erwähnt war Andrea (der Eigentümer), immer telefonisch ereichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allgemein waren alle Einheimischen ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und leicht abgelegen. Aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort oder am Strand. Uns hat er sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier unseren……

“Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. “la simpatia e la buona cucina dei titolari, unitamente alla lugnhe passeggiate in mezzo al verde della natura, hanno fatto da corollario al tipo di vacanza prefissato... Un forte plauso alla spledida piscina che ci ha salvato (e non poco!) dal caldo anomalo! Se sarò in zona, ci tornerò sicuramente!”
