“Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison, une semaine où il a plu presque en continu. Et bien évidemment cela gâche beaucoup les vacances.. Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) . Nous avons découvert la belle petite ville d’ovada avec son musée des sciences ( pluie oblige!) et de très bons endroits où se régaler pour pas cher du tout. Gênes et la……

“Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises……

“Schöne Lage, wenn auch unter einer Autobahnbrücke die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Für uns Familie mit 4 Kindern (erwachsen) war es ideal und dass man die Wohnung nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann von Vorteil. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof (von dem wir nichts gehört haben) von dem man alle interessanten Lokations erreichen kann Gerne wieder”

“The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment……

“A beautiful apartment at a good price. Very nice and helpful hosts. The host was always available and helped immediately. In the apartment we felt very quickly at home. I would come back again and again.”

“The host was wonderful, great communication. The room was beautiful, tiny but wonderful. The location was in the heart of Genoa near all the attractions. ”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour à Gênes. Alessandra a été très arrangeante, notamment avec notre retard dû aux embouteillages.. L’appartement est très bien placé au cœur du centre historique à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quies, la place est très vivante et donc bruyante jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour 3 jours, nous l’avons supporté et étions très heureux d’être au cœur de la vie génoise.”

“Das tollste war wirklich die Aussicht. Das Haus und die Ausstattung auch top! Orientalisch eingerichtet. Gefiel mir sehr. Das Check-in und check-out war unkompliziert. Wird nicht das letzte Mal sein dass wir dort waren 😊”

“Marcel ist ein völlig unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses waren mehr als einfach. Ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer schönen liebevollen Einrichtung. Das obere Badezimmer mit Whirl-Badewanne, riesengroße Duschanlage mit Radio, Regen, Dusche, Massage etc.waren bei den Kids natürlich das Highlight. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)”

“Der Pool und der dafür zuständige Mitarbeiter sind super - das einzige Lokal am Ort auch! Die Wohnung könnte wunderbar sein hat alle Voraussetzungen aber ist so lieblos vernachlässigt, das es schwer ist sich wohlzufühlen. Küche so spartanisch ausgestattet das es weder Pfanne noch ausreiched großen Topf gibt in dem Nudeln für 4 Personen gekocht werden können, keine Streichhölzer/ Feuerzeug um den Gasherd! anzumachen. Der Toilettensitz wackelt. Das Sofa sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll, da hätte ein……

“Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen.
