Nothing fancy but decent for the price and area around it. We were in town for the reptile expo which was close by and a lot of other options were double or more in price. Would stay there again if needed.

My bathroom was dirty it smells like was an nursing home I got sick because it smelled like a dirty nursing home it never any staff anywhere when you need them I really want my money back from that hotel they need to shut that hotel down immediately

I didn't like the raised platform bed. We stubbed our toes several times. There was not an ice machine. There wasn't a grab bar in the bathtub for our handicapped family member. Itnwas supposed to be quiet time after a certain time and we were kept awake most of the night by slamming doors. There was very poor lighting in the back patking area. Coffee never came out hot from the machine.

Staff is great. Tub didn't hold water, no water pressure, only coffee was before 9am. Terrible snack "breakfast" selection. It's all processed foods. Very minimal everything. And the refrigerator didn't stop humming the entire time.

Best hotel of my staying of 2024
Since I arrived there, the front desk has been friendly (since my arrival until my check out), when I asked questions they answered and made suggestions( I wanted to eat something and they recommended Whataburger) or activities, and when I needed something they provided. I would go again when I go to Kansas City

Usually, I like this property. The management company is another story. I had an emergency and had to leave three days early. I worked with Expedia to get a refund and the property did not help. They did not offer a credit, etc. Buyer beware.

Not a great stay.
This is not a clean hotel. There are no dishes at all in the room, no hair dryer, very few outlets. If you’re in to the smell of dirty dish towels, and people talking and children crying in the halls and adjoining rooms, this hotel is for you. Hairy and crusty stained sheets and filthy carpet. We forfeited our already paid for 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Never again.

The room across the hall from ours had dogs that were barking non stop. I asked the front desk to address this. I even asked to change rooms and was told that they were booked solid. As we settled in to sleep. The dogs started barking again. I called the front desk again. It took them over an hour and a half to get the dogs quiet.

Do not stay here. We never had hot water, and the staff told me that when it’s busy, they just run out of hot water. The room was also not very clean and had trash under the bed. It’s also the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in because the rooms have hard floors and not carpet.
