“clean room and helpful staff some of the walls and stairs in the facility need to be cleaner but overall it was a good stay”

“I hated the the place rapid with bed bugs, they knew about a mold problem that presented mold and we had to request another room because I am allergic to mold as well as they never came in to clean anything or replace towels etc... The worst I have ever been to!”

“This place was a dump. It looked like a homeless shelter. Took 20 minutes to check in because the untrained desk attendant had to wait on the manager because he got locked out of the computer and could not login, who was working on the pool which was closed for renovations. This hotel needs to be closed down for renovation. Laundry room was shut down. Parking lots looked like a junk yard. Had to have my keycards reprogrammed 3 times because they wouldn’t open the door. Breakfast was a joke, ……

“Had metal hanging from second story rusted 4 ft section ready to fall off beds never get changed bed bug ridden cheap for a reason”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……

“This hotel has seen better days. Ongoing renovations appear to be done by someone off craigslist. The room was clean, its in a so-so quiet area ( the fire department next door tested their truck sirens at 8 am on a Sunday) but it is convenient to I 26”

“Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.”
