Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and ...

Great hotel!

Very good hotel. It is a great experience of staying here when I joined a conference held in Newcastle upon Tyne. Good location, good service, good price and friendly staff.
