愉快的入住體驗

親切的前台接待，很快速的完成入住手續，旅館旁邊除了有不少餐廳、便利商店外，臨近還有個小河流，用早餐的時候還可以享受戶外的景色。早餐簡單、但是該有的都有，而且很新鮮，是很愉快的早餐體驗。可惜房間隔音略差，不過以此性價比是算很不錯的。如果有機會再去同一個地方，會選擇同樣的飯店再住一次。

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! I’m a frugal traveler and not very picky but you’ll thank me later for telling you to skip this place! Room was dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in! Shower floor is brown, mold in the shower tracks, we had dirty towels, the room was covered in cobwebs and I think they used the same rag to clean every surface - you can see the attempted swipes. Hallways are filled with plug in scenty’s - so over perfumed it gives you a headache. Brutal stay. Desk staff was friendly but I also think a little high.

Dirty towels were folded up and put on the shelf as new. Almost every one had makeup or dirt on them. It seemed as though they were run through the dryer as they were fluffy, but absolutely filthy. The manager offered a ridiculous excuse that the girl who cleans the rooms doesn't like doing bathrooms and they were waiting for their highschool girl to come back and help.

Friendly front desk staff and they make efforts to accommodate requests positively and promptly. They need to pay closer attention to the housekeeping. Stain and strand of hair on the small towel. Didn’t look changed. Mirror and sink faucet in the bathroom actually had dried splatters, obviously was not wiped from the previous occupant. Kitchen sink was dirty.

Our first room was not clean, had a musty smell and visible mold on the ceiling. We were moved to a different room which was acceptable. I do not feel rooms with visible mold should be utilized for any guest.

Staff are very nice, both morning and evening. Random overnight stay when driving through. Location seemed a little rundown (stores across the street are closed/abandoned) but felt safe. Room was clean but bathroom shower needed attention with dirt/mold in the shower door track. Would stay again. Price was right and included breakfast saved us time and money. Drove into town and enjoyed some local music (Friday night at Original’s Owago bar).

This facility was an absolute dump…. Grungy towels, mold all around the bathroom, had to use my shoulder to open and close the door to the room, wanted to use the laundry but one of the washers was broke and they were disgustingly dirty and no fan in the bathroom.

The room was quiet and the price was decent. There were a couple little housekeeping quirks, such as an empty rug tape package being left on the desk and a rogue pretzel stick on the floor by the bed, but overall a pretty clean room. The breakfast room was large and was nicely decorated for fall, with plenty of hot breakfast options.

The worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The bathroom mirror was COVERED in toothpaste splatter, the faucet as well, there was absolutely no hand soap in the bathroom, the sink in the kitchen area was beyond gross, the floors were so dirty that after taking a shower I had a brown footprints walking through the bathroom, the handles of all doors were riddled with handprints, I could go on forever. After going down and talking to the front desk, he tried to move us to THREE different rooms, all of which had the exact same cleanliness concerns. We were told that we had to clean our own room because there was no cleaning staff on. We were literally given cleaning supplies and rags and had to go back to our hotel room after working all day and literally clean our own room. Management offered no resolution other than to take $50 off of our stay and offered to give me points that I could use toward another visit. The points were never deposited into my account, and when calling to follow up three days later the manager accused us of stealing a pillow and said that she refused to deposit points due to this. I ended up having to call corporate to file an official complaint because I am absolutely disgusted at this entire experience and the lack of concern from management regarding the cleanliness of their hotel. Not to mention we were advertised a breakfast buffet and ended up getting nothing but a continental breakfast that you would find at any other hotel. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

It is sad this hotel would have so much potential, if the staff just cared enough to actually clean enough, the bottom of the showers were literally so dirty. I had to wear my crocs in the shower. All the windows and the glass you could not even see out of it was so disgusting, The staff just seems like they don’t care and they don’t even really pay attention.

Complimentary breakfast was great with variety of options and hot foods. The facilities were clearly built many moons ago, but was generally clean and satisfactory other than the bathroom - from its sliding doors to the floor, the shower was filled with mold and layers of grime, and the sink drainage was horrid.
