This was our first time and were amazing. Lots of great food chocies. Property was amazing! Mosaic was incredible! So happy!

We’ve stayed a few times in the past. We love the village and it’s convenient to that. Our toilet broke twice, the pull out bed needs the mattress thrown out it’s that bad, our check in was for 4pm but we couldn’t get in until after 5 and there were 2 bags of garbage in the hall beside our room for over a day. That being said I know they are understaffed. Ezra at the front desk did his best and sent us a bottle of wine. When the toilet broke for the second time they gave us Starbucks drink vouchers. The staff is nice and helpful and I don’t fault them for being understaffed or problems with the room We will choose a different hotel the next time we’re in the village though

The hotel was somewhat dated but very clean and very comfortable. The mattress for the pull out is old Customer service was above excellent at Mosaic. I understand a revamp is coming.

Run down, dirty and not well kept. Clogged toilet. Clogged shower drain. Not very happy with our last stay. The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind.

We have always stayed at Westin whenever we go to Blue mountain, this is the first time we stayed at Mosaic and was surprisingly impressed. There are mixed review regarding the cleanliness, but our room was pretty decent. It is a much closer walk to the village compared to Westin, and resort fee is much lower. Will definitely stay here again

My room was dirty when i checked in, housekeeping did not clean the bathroom properly and we had to be given another room. I was questioned when I requested extra sheets, "what's wrong with the sheets you have? Why do you need more?" The person's tone was so rude when they asked, that I just told them to forget it. The rooms are old and need to repaired/upgraded. The dial on the OLD thermostat broke. When maintenance arrived, even though he was polite he had the nerve to say that we broke it and it was our fault.

The room was clean, but it definitely needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a restful sleep. A big downside was the TV situation: they weren't smart TVs, so we couldn't log into Netflix or Disney+ for a late-night movie with the kids. Even the antenna didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch regular channels either.
