Blue Mountain getaway

Cute little unit which suited our family of three and small dog quite well. Very conveniently located to the mountain for skiing. Would recommend.

Disappointing!

Good price, but not worth the frustrations. Checking in not allowed even 15minutes early. Lock on door is STILL an issue as in previous reviews. Sofa bed is TERRIBLE, as in previous reviews. Oven is too tiny for a regular cookie sheet and nothing provided to cook in oven except a muffin tin?!!! Toilet STILL no flushing properly, as in previous reviews. Obviously not taking customers feedback seriously. Needs better cleaning and basic updates. Disappointed. Would NOT return to this unit.

Blue Mountain - North Creek Resort - Unit 416

Pros: - short drive to access ski lifts at Blue Mountain - free parking for 2 cars - decent sized fridge Cons: - no oven mitts, baking sheets, tongs, dish sponges, coffee filters - can opener did not work - rusty cheese grater (would never use) - pots and pans were low quality and dirty...non-stick coating was all scratched off / unsafe to use - Coffee maker had an old / used filter left in it upon arrival - dirty floors, sticky tables and stairs - toilet did not flush 100% of the time / always partially flushing and therefore wasting water - tub spout did not seal when trying to shower - unit is described to fit 6 people which is IMPOSSIBLE...4 people stayed during my visit which was tight on space - unit had too much furniture including several useless chairs and stools - Hot water for 4 people is unlikley...water was freezing after 2 short showers - This unit is a loft with a bedroom downstairs and upstairs...after skiing, you will likely want to turn up the heat to dry out your gear...big mistake as the upstairs bedroom has a window that was bolted shut...this left the upstairs feeling dry and stuffy

First time in Collingwood

The property was nice. Clean, needs some updating. But overall it was a nice place, lots of wilderness and walking. Close to the beach, close to shopping and the Village. Had a good time, you get what you pay for.

Wonderful mountain side stay.

Great spot to stay for a weekend. The local Thai food was incredible as well. Great overall vibe of the chalet. Only downside is having to walk along the roadway to get to Blue Mountain village if not taking the shuttle.

Pleasant stay

We stayed at this rental for 4 days. Everything worked great. Condo looks exactly what pictures show. Location is great. Close to the village. Car is needed as it is far to walk to lifts, restaurants or shopping, would recommend.

Needs an overhaul

Toilets don’t work very well, front door lock is weird, which delayed our check in by over an hour; beds were clean (thankfully), but there was LOTS of grime in the nooks and crannies of this condo, including a build-up of black goo on the jacuzzi vent…ickk!! The dishes and utensils in the kitchen are cheap and worn out, which didn’t make for a pleasant dining experience. I would not rent this condo again. I have stayed in much nicer places for less money.

Loved our time at unit 416! Great location and has everything you need. One compliant was the cleanliness. We obviously cleaned everything ourselves to our satisfaction but considering COVID you would think cleaning is abit better! It’s not. Simple crumbs were all over the floor from possible previous guests

Great, comfortable stay!

We stayed for two nights. The condo smelled very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location in proximity to the village too. Only complaints: both chains on the two toilets came off and wouldn’t stay on. The DVD player was not working either. The benefits far outweighed those minor inconveniences. Would recommend. Pool was clean as well!
