“This was a great place to stay especially for couples. The pond is very nice with kayaks and canoes available. A fire pit and hot tub at every cabin. The site manager is great and readily available if needed. Will definitely be going back to pond and pine. ”

“Todd's Cabin was delightful in all ways. It's obvious that he has put his heart and soul into thoughtful cabin design, and maintenance. Probably for the first time renting a vacation spot, we didn't need to contact the owner for a single thing. All utilities and appliances worked well. The personal touches of family photos and heirlooms, the creative use of paneling and woodwork, the modern conveniences...all contributed to the enjoyment of staying in this charming cabin.”

“Everything was good. Kitchen well supplied. Only problem was leaving on a Friday... disposal of garbage. We tried to use the emergency garbage can in garage but it was filled from previous renters. We left a note for cleaning people. As dumping area not open on a Friday, hard to get rid of garbage. We love all the porches, the golf course, the quiet area and location of home. It was a great restful vacation.”

“As a family of four with two teens, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). “We had such a wonderful time it's hard where to start.We traveled here with our 2 granddaughters and 2 of their friends. They all had a great time tubing and fishing and swimming in the river and in the lake. We brought our bass boat and used the boat ramp at the park to launch it.( free for military btw).The kids played board games and cards every night and made smores by the fire. A very peaceful location for sure. We saw deer here, a very friendly chipmunk, and cool turtles too.We were sad it……
