“Property was great! Only minor problem was getting the Tv to work. Otherwise everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would certainly go back!”

“The apartment is bright and cheerful with the delightful sounds of the children in the playground at recess. If you like a very soft mattress, this is the place for you. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the location and walked where we needed to be. Storm-Stayed brewery is a short walk away and is a locally-owned brewery. Enjoyed, also, the Banting House Museum where Banting realized that insulin was the key to diabetes treatment.”

“I stayed at the Charlotte for three weeks while in the area for work and it was the perfect crash pad. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped, the furniture comfortable, and the shower massive! The location was extremely convenient, with everything you could need walkable within a few blocks (lots of cute shops, delicious restaurants, bakeries, the art gallery, the museum, etc.). The host was very responsive and was able to work with me to move to another……

“The "Otylja Suite" was clean and very nice once inside the actual apartment. The laneway to the back is very tight, but a large suv can fit. The hot tub was not available, as it was full of debris from the renovations, which was very disappointing but not a deal breaker. There was a very beautiful array of potted plants out back that was a pleasant surprise. The internet/ tv did not function and the instructions were not easy to follow. I was not overly concerned and didn't feel it was worth……

“My friend and I stayed from October 16th - 20th and had a wonderful time. The host was available to answer our questions and provide us with whatever was needed. The property itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the little homey touches, such as the October decor and tea caddy with biscuits and other treats. I definitely hope to stay there again for future visits to Guelph!”

“The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. As well, there’s only one parking spot, so I highly recommend parking across the……

“This property is clean and quiet but not beachside. You can walk to beach in 15 to 20 minutes on a sidewalk, or drive 5 minutes. Home is located in nice neighborhood with a great dog park right across the road. Port Dover is a lovely and friendly town. Host is accessible for questions. ”
