“We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly.”

“The king bed could use a new mattress. The queen bed was fine. Large condo . Great location to the amenities of there Main Street. ”

“Kelly made the experience very touching.She had chocolates and popcorn for us. Room had all supplies for kitchen, dishwasher, laundry. Room had plenty of linens and was clean. Access details and everything was provided by her for us to check in easily and also accommodated the request for late check-out. Thank you, Kelly. Will recommend others and will look forward for next visit.”

“The building has a shared HVAC system so the stink from other units blew into the unit we were in. ”

“I guess the only good thing we can say about this listing is that it has a flush toilet and running water.The building itself is very beat up, the elevator is filthy and we can only assume that it was primarily built as a student rental and is listed for summers as a VRBO. The contents are basic, the fabric headboards are stained, and the contents of the kitchen are inadequate to actually make meals. The check in information was not sent to us in the timeframe that was originally promised so……

“The condo was very clean, also nice we were able to bring our dogs. Parking was a little confusing at first but was sorted very quickly. Faran was quick to respond when we had any questions.”
