「Great property and an excellent host! We will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Waterloo!」

「Overall the location was perfect. The host was difficult in that numerous text and emails came daily about the rules and regulations. However, I did not get the final check in instructions until I arrived. The "boarding Pass" link did not provide all the information. No one would actually call me until in continued to beg while standing in the hallway in front of the room. Extremely frustrating. The towels and face clothes were still wet from laundry. Folded up which could have lead to...

「The listing itself was fine, but the check-in process was a serious problem. Keys are held at a convenience store 10 minutes away — which would be workable, except the store's hours had changed and it was closed when I arrived late at night. The host had explicitly assured me keys would be available 24/7, so I had made no backup plan.I was left without access to the rental and had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at the last minute. The host was responsive over messages but...

「What a spot! Very bright, spacious, and well-appointed. Everything we needed was there, and it was ideally located for theatre, shopping, dining, walking, etc.!The decor was lovely, and the price was right! The only thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs to get to the room. We were fine with them, but others might not be.Highly recommended!!」

「Bare bones, No wifi, No extras in kitchen, a bed no other furniture in bedroom, i dragged a dinning room chair into bedroom for endtable, bathroom were fine bare bones again. No netflix, no prime, had tubi. The area is strewn with childrens toys. The sidewalks to apt is not well lit. All in all it was ok but probably wouldnt go again.」

「Unfortunately, this rental was not stocked with many of the basic amenities travelers typically expect. There was no hair dryer, no coffee machine or coffee cups, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped for cooking. We struggled to find even basic cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals. While the property itself may have been adequate, the lack of essential household items made our stay less convenient and comfortable than expected. I would recommend that the host provide more standard...

「Perfectly placed little spot, not too far but enough that it’s nice a quiet.」

「Amazing!! Nice location and everything is clean. Also, nice host!」
