「We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go...

「The hottub could have been warmer. The pool although opened was still freezing. The property was great value for the money. Qe found out the hard way that the free shuttle to the village is actually down the road at a little wooden hut as they ate not allowed on the property?」

「The place was not bad, check-in was easy. Wi fi was non existent. Couch and reclining chair are old and a bit dirty.」
