Easy check in, check out
Clean, well styled facility (interior & exterior)
Convenient, safe parking
Thoughtful touches (in room snacks, books, etc)
Lovely, accomodating staff (polite, helpful)
Fantastic little cafe on site for light meals and drinks, on site tea saved my life in the morning :)

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”
