The Jordan Ramada by Wyndham

"We spent two nights here for the first time and came away genuinely impressed. There’s something wonderfully nostalgic about this hotel. The amenities have clearly been updated, but the architecture, historic photographs, and overall character of the property give it the feeling of a classic lakeside hotel from another era - in the best possible way! The first thing we noticed was just how immaculately clean everything was. Our room had a balcony overlooking Lake Ontario, and the view was fantastic. We could watch freighters heading toward the Welland Canal and, on a clear day, even make out the CN Tower across the lake. The hotel also has an enormous pool, which was a great feature, and we loved having The Shore restaurant right on the property. The food and menu were excellent, and the waterfront setting made it an especially nice place to have a meal. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, and the breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The location is also ideal for exploring the area, with just about everything you’d want to see within easy reach. What we enjoyed most, though, was the character of the place. It manages to feel comfortable and updated without losing the charm and history that make it distinctive. We booked not quite knowing what to expect and left very pleasantly surprised. We would absolutely stay here again."

"My partner and I loved this home away from home. It’s in the perfect location to head to the falls, but also go to Toronto. Plus the cottage is a short drive from many vineyards. The cottage was cozy and we would definitely stay again in the future!"

Stay at Jordan Valley Vineyards Barnhouse

"We were in town for dinner at Pearl Morissette and as luck would have it were caught in torrential flooding, a tornado warning on the way in, and a state of emergency as roads were washed away. Our dinner was divine but we had no time spent in the rental as we were flooded out and had to evacuate the area at midnight! Sophia did all that she could to help us, to retrieve our things, to assist with our next steps in the middle of the night. She was kind and we wish her the best with the place going forward!"

"We would highly recommend a stay here in Jordan Station! The accommodations were perfect!! Comfortable, clean and with a small kitchenette met all our needs. Our host kindly and generously left us some delicious sundries from the region. We will be back again for sure!!! Encourage others to plan a stay"

"This is one of the most well-appointed spaces we have stayed in. It seems pretty new, and everything works, from the hot water and water pressure to the air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was solid for us. The quiet, central location between the Niagara-On-The Lake wineries to the east and the many wineries to the west was just what we wanted."

"Great unit above a wonderful general store. Minutes to some of our favourite wineries. I definitely recommend this for a family enjoying wine country. Getting the unit ready took a bit of time to setup the futon of which was leather which was nice to sit on, not the best to sleep on. The two bedrooms have A/C the main area doesn’t so you’ll have to sleep with the bedroom doors open on a hot day. Not negatives just be aware."

"We booked this because of its location on the wineroute and the photo’s with the beautiful front porch. But our accomodation was an appartment on the side of the house with a mini porch. It was a bit of a surprise as we thought we rented a whole house. The livingroom was a bit gloomy and dark, but the bedrooms were light with perfect beds and 3 perfect bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Owner was very helpful (we set the fire alarm of while cooking chicken)."
