I called and they located it and held it aside for me until I returned this 2nd time. Grateful the hotel had such caring staff. "

"They charge for parking, even offsite. The elevators were under construction and reduced to just 3 for 42 floors making the wait to get to your room or down to the lobby a long wait. The mattress was like it was made from cardboard. And the rooms noisy. And finally TGI Fridays, the main restaurant for the hotel and where breakfast was served, was bland and tasteless and vastly overpriced. It was a lot of money to spend for a motel experience."
