The hotel itself was great. Staff was helpful and sweet. The receptionist, Prince was especially very sweet and should be recognized. I am disappointed with Expedia however, because during booking It said that I had a 15$ breakfast voucher and VIP access at the hotel. However, when I was at the hotel staff said that they could not see that on my reservation. Expedia should not have offered it if it was not going to be made available on my reservation. Expedia is not a very good third party reservation platform anymore.
