“Copper Penny House is like a fairy tale cottage from another time situated in a Niagara Falls neighbourhood right near Niagara parkway where you can walk by the river. Bed were comfy and there was lots of space to spread out and relax. My favourite part was the side porch overlooking the deck. It is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking for a bit, but we had a little one and it was a bit too far. I think there is a local bus that you can pick up on the Niagara parkway just around……

“This house worked perfect for 4 women. Close to the hoopla but not right in the middle of it. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Two downstairs bedrooms are small. There are no closets or dressers. We had to put suitcases in living room. Was not an issue for us as the room is larger and we were never there to actually use the living room. 3rd bedroom upstairs is large. Kitchen is large and very modern. Did not use the stove, oven, or microwave to report.……

“This VRBO is so cute! My family loved staying here. It's in a very convenient location, close to the falls. The home was very cozy and clean. The bathroom is upstairs, along with the bedrooms. This didn't bother us because we were gone doing tourist stuff during the days we were there, and at night we were upstairs sleeping. It might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay while we were visiting Niagara Falls, and would stay there again.”

“The property was great but...... we had a third person booking fee added even though we did not book through them. We have no idea how they got that we booked with Evolve. It showed up and on their web page so they said we did book. They didn't believe me that I didn't book with Vrbo”

“Property was just as described. Easy access to bus transportation (about 5-10 min walk). It’s about a 25 min walk to falls area. Quiet neighborhood and some nice places to eat nearby. Bathroom is quite large as is shower area. Bedrooms are also a good size (enough to each have a sitting area). Host was easy to deal with and responsive.”

“Everything was great except for a couple of things. The kitchen had less crockery and cutlery than what is needed for 8 people. The dining table only had 4 chairs and there was only a 3 seater couch in the living room.The listing said for 8 people but we couldn't be together in one area. There was only access to 2 parking spots as the tenant in the basement occupied the 3rd spot. Fortunately the next door neighbour allowed us to park in his driveway for the weekend. The downstairs tenant was……

“We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, very clean and accommodating for our family of 10 including 4 kids. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Which was amazing! The house is perfectly located. Only about a 15 min walk to Clifton Hill and the falls. No need to drive. Also it’s a quick 30 min drive to Niagara on the Lake. If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls this is the place to stay. We would definitely come back.”
