I stayed 8nights from august 13th thru august 21st. Mr.Gary was very helpful and down to earth local with the area which ive taken underconsideration. The location fits my border accomadation from usa and all around niagara falls expeditions adventures. 10 stars i say & will come back.

The Rex Motel is a unique property. It's located off the beaten path but close to a lot of activities like the Falls and Marineland. It is surrounded by many food and shopping options and it's proximity to the QEW makes it super easy to get around. It's a communal place with everyone taking care of their own refuse and recycling. The only disappointment was the water pressure in the shower. Finally, the owner is a great dude who truly cares. I promised him I would return and I meant it.

I was very pleased with this little motel. It was clean, cozy, and the manager was very friendly. Do note that the rooms do not have specific Heating/Cooling control. As our stay was in the summer, the AC was set by the manager across the entire hotel, with the option to block the vent fully/partially with a provided magnetic sheet. We found the temperature delightfully cool, and there was no need for us to attempt modifying the air flow with the magnetic sheet, but it's certainly a variable to consider. I know on my end I will most definitely be considering this place for future stays in the region.
