"Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers"

"The property itself was clean and well kept. We were on the second floor and had some very noisy occupants above us one night. Other than that, it was quiet. However, there was a homeless person sleeping right next to the property and he was visible from our bedroom window. Also, the rental was advertised as having three TVs, which it did, but you had to hook up through your phone and ours would not connect. So consequently we had no television for three days. "We had a wonderful stay in this charming little cottage for our Eclipse Trip (April 8, 2024) The cottage is cozy with an updated bathroom. We appreciated having Netflix and everything to make coffee and tea. The location is perfect. Close to the lakefront, the Niagara River Trail, and to Queen Street with restaurants, shops, etc."

"We have stayed at rental vacation homes dozens of times across the USA. This home takes the cake. Clean, updated, classy, quiet. Not a piece of dust to be found. Separate entrance from the owners. Backyard for the kids to run. Helpful & friendly hosts. One of the Niagra parks staff members asked us where we were staying & she was intrigued because she said she’s been admiring the home for years & wondered what it looked like inside. "The property was nice. Although the property is listed as handicapped accessible it was extremely difficult to maneuver a wheelchair around the house. Doorways are not very wide and there are some sharp turns to get into various rooms."

"This house is beautiful! It is perfect for a get away! The pictures on the listing site do not do it justice! The house is large and spacious for lots of people! The deck is large, beautiful and has the most perfect view of the lake! And it’s only a stair climb down to the beach! I will definitely be renting this place again in the future! Oh and the owner responded quickly to all of my messages!"
