4BR/3BA home, close to square, <2m from stadium

This great house is close to the Square (a little over one mile) in one of Oxford's oldest and safest neighborhoods. We are around 2 miles to the University campus & football stadium.

There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, one room has two fulls, one has a twin day bed, and the last has a full bed.Two have their own bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom in the hallway. There is a standing shower in one bathroom, a shower/tub in one bathroom, and a newly added shower to the bathtub in the third. The house is one story, but has one step down into the den which also leads to the master bedroom. There is a covered back porch and fenced in backyard. Plenty of seating on the back porch along with a tv and blackstone grill.
