Located in the Rowandale neighborhood, this 3 bed/3.5 bath cottage is newly renovated w/ custom finishes + only ~2 miles to campus!
On the Red line of the OUT bus, you’ll have easy access to campus for game days. Additionally, there are multiple pools + a dog park within walking distance.
Having lived in this neighborhood as students at Ole Miss, we are confident our cottage will serve as the perfect landing place as you explore this charming, southern town. Just minutes to Ole Miss’ Campus, The Grove, and the The Square, this cottage allows access to all that Oxford, MS has to offer.
1 bed and 1.5 baths are on the first level. 2 beds, 2 baths, and laundry are located on the second level.
Whether you’re visiting a college student, here to tailgate in the Grove, or just visiting Oxford our cottage is the perfect place for you.
Amenities include keyless entry, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, ice maker, bar area, full laundry, off street parking, central heat and air, and access to the shared pool and dog park areas.

Perfect Oxford location
We very much enjoyed our stay at Colonel's Cottage. Very nice and quite location yet a short convenient drive to most everything. We would definitely book again.

Adorable cottage
This cottage is spacious and adorable. The complex it is in is new and quiet! Good area close to town. Three big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, everyone has their own privacy and space. The owner provided us with plenty of trash bags and even laundry detergent. My only negative is that we didn’t have enough hot water. My guess is the rain shower heads which we’re great, uses too much water.

Beautiful Home
We loved staying at your beautiful home! Our only complaint we had was the main floor bedroom window coverings do not provide privacy and can be seen into at night. We had to change clothes in the bathroom. I recommend adding fabric like the half bath or replace with blinds.

like a hotel
Very nice place. Clean, new furniture and appliances. Separate bathroom for each bedroom. Neighborhood is empty - seems to be housing for football games, so on non-game weekends, is a little like a ghost town. Seems perfectly safe, but somewhat isolated at certain times.
