The room looked newly renovated and clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower water was perfect. The staff was so nice & helpful.The parking lot was safe and well managed. They were pet friendly and had a grassy area for them with provided potty bags. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Access and parking was safe and secure. Front desk was very responsive. Room lacked adequate maid service, no toilet paper in bathroom and towels not replaced daily.

Check-in went great, room 321. Door was easy to open, but you needed muscle to close it. Sounds like that was a couple of rooms there. Originally thought the other guests were just being loud. One roll of toilet paper, luckily we were only there for two nights. I’m sure we couldn’t gotten more if we’d asked. The room stayed really warm, which was good since it was during a bad cold snap. The beds were rock hard, so worse two nights of sleep I’ve ever had. Lotion and soap were mixed up on the wall, so washed our hands with lotion a few times before we noticed. Water pressure was good, shower head was real low, so if you’re over 5’8 you’ll need to bend down to wash your hair. The front of the shampoo container kept falling off when you used it. Microwave was super loud using it, but did warm the food. Good price, but won’t be staying here again.

Exactly what I expected for price... some guests like to hang out outside windows/door but it is what it is. For price and all it's great. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Room and cleanliness can be improved but it won't be as affordable and it's above acceptable. Don't expect luxury at this price and it's perfect
