This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quiet. The views from the third floor master suite and the roof deck are spectacular. The Re/Max team was easy to work with and responsive, including sending out someone to fix a broken thermostat about an hour after we called. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

Property is exactly as described. While there isn’t air conditioning, we did fine without it by opening windows. Beach access is directly across the street. Those from out of the area may not realize it is a deep beach, meaning that there is a bit of small sand dunes to walk through to reach the water. So just a short hike. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from the host/property manager.

Magnificent home right at the beach.

Gorgeous property, multiple great places for groups to congregate, roof deck with spectacular views. Fully stocked with everything you need, easy walk to the beach. Top floor suite is spectacular too.

Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

Awesome Property

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

Beach holiday dream!!

We stayed at this property with 2 families visiting from Australia (9 people). We had the most amazing time celebrating Christmas here. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, serving, cooking equipment that we could wish for. We walked to the beach which was directly across the road and enjoyed playing volleyball. The garage was stocked with beach holiday equipment, that meant everyone was entertained. The roof top area was magnificent for afternoon drinks. Thank you for a trip that we will remember forever.

Great location and roomy house but…

The house is very roomy. Beautiful home. Loved the roof top deck. Watched several sunsets from the roof. Property manager from Re Max was very responsive. Beach is a little far from the home. My brother and his wife used one of the kayaks. Cannot roll it on the beach well so they took it down the street to near the harbor. After several minutes in it, the kayak started filling with water. They had to swim to the harbor but still was able to save the kayak and dump out the water. Hopefully the owners will fix the kayaks but would caution when using the kayaks. Chairs at dining kitchen are very noisy when moving around the floor. They should have rubber feet on chairs to prevent the very loud scratching sound against the travertine. Master bedroom should have a king instead of queen bed. Actually the bed even does not appear to be a queen more like a full size. Dishwasher doesn’t work. We tried several cleaning and dishes don’t get cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay for our parents 50th anniversary.

Quiet Getaway

We had a great time at this property! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to bike or walk to coffee/restaurants. It was a really great spot! East beach access and the house was comfortable and super clean!

Great location and house!

Our stay was for a family vacation. The house had lots of room for us and was close to the beach. The best beach was Silver Screen, which is a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was easy to cook in, bedrooms laid out to accommodate kids and adults. Nice views. Downsides--the dishwasher didn't work and the repair person didn't work on that brand, so we were left to clean our own dishes (for 7 people). A bathroom sink was clogged--the repair person did fix that immediately. We had to hunt around for the extra sheets and towels.

Relaxing in style

The place was spectacular. Pictures don’t do it justice. You cannot go wrong with this rental. We had a great time. Looking forward to going back again and will definitely rent the same place.

Family time at beach

Rented this home to celebrate our mother’s birthday. It’s a great home to share with family. There is a lot of space and the home is well-appointed. The beach is literally across the street and within close proximity to shops and restaurants. It’s definitely a great place to rent.

Our entire family loved the house, especially the view from the roof and proximity to the beach. Well-stocked with cooking appliances, plenty of towels, and comfy seating. Would absolutely stay here again!

A good time with the family

The house is great, lots of space for the family. The location is great, extremely close to the beach and restaurants / attractions / things to do. The only complaint is the amount of sand that needs to be walked over to actually get to the water’s edge. It is a LONG way over hot loose sand.

Great location and space for 8

We enjoyed our stay and it’s proximity to the sand, ocean and harbor. The roof deck was awesome for hanging out eating and bbq. With a gorgeous view. The main areas were spacious as well. Our only complaint is that the supplies of basic household items such as dishwasher soap. Salt and detergent were lacking. Some of the furniture was shabby, but the beds were xcomfortable. Overall it served out multigenerational family trip very well.
