Modern Beauty with Great Amenities

I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern house, which was within walking distance of the beach. The whole process was very optimized and easy! Everyone in our group LOVED the look, feel, and vibe of the house. It was fully equipped and ready for use. It was clean and I appreciate that toiletries and cleaning products were readily available. Furthermore, the hosts were so helpful and accommodating! They allowed us to check in a little earlier for some family members who were coming in early! I would definitely book here again.

Great time!

The home was a beautiful house with room for everyone! It was great to walk to the beach right around the corner. There were boogie boards and bikes to use in the garage. The kitchen had basic necessities to use but needed some simple cooking spices/oils. Check in and out was very simple and clear. Overall it was a fabulous trip with my family!we would stay here again.

It was exactly what we needed for various family members coming and going. Please provide window coverings in guest bathrooms! Also, master bedroom mattress getting lumpy and needs to be replaced.

Clean, Spacious, Comfortable

This was a staff retreat with 10 women. There is ample room in this home for everyone to be comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and it had a nice big kitchen, dining table and living space. The home is super clean which is really appreciated. The spa and the fireplace were not working which was disappointing, as well as the dispenser trap in the dishwasher (a review from two years ago said the same thing). There are only 3 full bathrooms, with 2 half-baths. The bathrooms don't have any window coverings and neighbors can see right in, even the toilet and the shower. One guy standing on a neighboring balcony at night wearing a black hoodie caused us concern with no way to cover the windows. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. The house is perfectly positioned with the yacht club on one side and the beach on the other. The kitchen is supplied pretty well, although no plastic wrap, foil, or storage bags and limited paper towels. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing those things. Would definitely return, although we'd bring something to cover the bathroom windows with. :)

Relaxing stay at Oxnard

Our group of 10 friends seeking a great place to relax and adequately celebrate Thanksgiving just went through a fantastic experience at this place. Very well designed for having your private space to rest and central common areas to cook together, eat or chill on the sofa. It is also extremely close to the beach, giving you a perfect vibe, as we just discovered how beautiful Oxnard sunsets are. The house was fully equipped when we arrived, with a seamless check-in process. The team in charge of the house was super responsive (even though that was Thanksgiving). Recommending!

Perfect for multiple families!

Close to beach, close to farmers market, coffee and restaurants. Lots for the kids to do. Plenty of space indoors when it was raining for the kids to play. Huge property, super clean. Hot tub was great. We will be back!

Beautiful home

This home was booked for family to stay for our son's wedding. We were incredibly happy with the accommodations. The pictures were great but in person this home was spectacular, and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Unexpected Entry into Home...

Was very disturbed that the "pool man" entered the home unannounced during our stay when my female relative and her adult daughter were home alone at the time. It's very concerning that we were not informed about this planned service. There was a car in the garage at the time, so clearly the service man should have known or anticipated that someone was in the home. What's more disturbing is that others have complete access to the home and can enter unannounced. Especially when to check in, our access code "would not work until 3pm." Why does the pool man (and whoever else) have unlimited access? Overall, it's a nice house with a few relatively minor issues - like spare sheets stained with blood(!) and water dripping from one of the ceiling lights (?).

Beautiful Home

The home was beautifully set up and very spacious. We had family together after our wedding and was the perfect size and location. The open kitchen with island made it so we never felt crowded during meals and with 2 living rooms we were able to spread our legs throughout the day.

Amazing Property and location

We had an amazing friends weekend! The house looks exactly like the photos and is gorgeous! The master suite is huge and all the living spaces are huge as well. The beds are very comfortable and the balconies are fun to sit outside and people and view watch. The house was incredibly spotless and had everything you needed for your stay. It even has a rooftop jacuzzi! The kitchen was gorgeous and we cooked meals there. It's across the street from the harbor and Sundays they have a farmers market there which we enjoyed! Its 2 houses from the beach, and there was like no one there so we had tons of space to relax and enjoy! I recommend this property ,its beautiful.

Gorgeous and so much room!

Stunning home with gorgeous finishes and hardwood floors. So much room for a large family or if kids want to bring friends. Chairs, bicycles, towels, boogie boards, shampoo in the bathrooms. It was like staying at a friends beach house. All mattresses very nice and new. The neighbors on both sides quiet and very nice. Being across from the harbor was a beautiful way to wake up. Highly recommend.
