Casa by the Sea

  • Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home is a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home has games, beach toys and beach towels that are available for guests. There is a gas grill in the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. We hope to host you soon.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect. Cute, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the local restaurants and activities. 10 out of 10.

The house was amazing and adorable. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy. Will definitely be returning in the future.The only downside was the sink kept backing up when we ran the dishwasher and it smelled rotten and there didn’t seem to be a disposal to help clear it. Still wasn’t devastating and would still go back again!

Great home base stay near Oxnard beach.

My husband and spent a week in this charming beach house which we used as a home base to explore via day trips. The property was clean, comfortable and met all our needs.

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Furnishings are updated and the beds were very comfortable.Our two doodles loved running on the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Host gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back!

We used this as a base for visiting the Channel Islands National Park and areas in greater L.A. The listing was as advertised and very convenient to Ventura Marina. The beach is easily accessible and less than five minute walk.We recommend the Casa by the Sea for your recommendation.

Best beach cabana ever!

What a truly relaxing place to spend 4 nights. Slept like babies every night and had some great meals at Strandwich Cafe. Definitely will return again. Beach is beautiful and harbor gorgeous too

The house was clean and well appointed with everything one would need. Smelled like mold and found the source to be the washer and kitchen sink. Could easily be taken care of with a Vinager, Baking soda, hot water treatment. Google it. And a pre prepared washer cleaner and leaving the washer door open. Beach was a short walk down the street.

Overall my family and I were very pleased with this property. There were a few things that would have made this perfect. The shower liner should have been replaced. There were spiders in one of the bedrooms. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient, but there was no laundry detergent provided. The tar cleaning kit in the garage could use some new towels, and there was no rubbing alcohol. The home itself was very clean and we loved that the beach was a 2 minute walk. We would definitely rent this place again highly recommend it. Our kids also loved it.
