As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. We send automated messages regarding your stay, including your entry code and WiFi that are send through email. Entry code is sent 48 hours before check-in by email and then texted the day of check-in. Super clean and pet friendly for our dogs who stayed. The walk to the beach was a dream as we went for all the days we stayed. Communication was excellent and they even left an extra Dyson fan for us as the house as it was very warm at Oxnard. Definitely recommend!
