The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. The facilities are outstanding: elegant, immaculately maintained, and perfectly designed for both comfort and relaxation. Every detail reflects quality and thoughtfulness, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury. The location is nothing short of breathtaking. Set in the heart of Zermatt and surrounded by stunning Alpine scenery, it felt like stepping into a postcard, especially at Christmas. We were lucky enough to experience a truly magical Swiss Christmas, complete with snow-dusted mountains, festive charm, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a fairytale. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The Zermatterhof didn’t just meet expectations, it exceeded them in every way.
