「The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

「The room felt much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which was already a bit disappointing. What really bothered me, though, was the condition of the bedding. The comforter and throw pillows were clearly dirty and didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned.
To be fair, when I raised the issue, they did respond and changed the sheets. But later, I noticed the comforter itself was still filthy and had to ask again for it to be replaced. That’s when things became frustrating. Instead of...
