"While the property is clean and modern, there is no cold water in my apartment. So we can’t flush the toilet and we didn’t have clean cold water to drink. The shower is very hot due to no cold water. There is no shampoo, conditioner or cleaning soap. WiFi password is not provided in the room. We tried to contact the customer service by email but they are so far away and cannot help us. On top of this, finding the room and parking is also not so easy. Overall this made our night very difficult....

"After arriving at the accommodation, we experienced an unpleasant shock. It is a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor - maisonette type. However, the accommodation is shabby and equipped with old furniture of all kinds. Bedroom: musty duvets and pillows. Closets full of stuff - you can't tell if it's washed or used. "Die Hütte ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Toilette ohne Wasser hat tadellos funktioniert, ebenso die Dusche, für die man das Wasser von draußen holen und erhitzen musste. Für uns war es genau richtig, einmal etwas reduzierter zu leben.
