"No staff, just the hostess' number. She did show up to feed the animals and I spoke with her a good while. Very sweet and kind. Yes a/c and it works well! Yes pet friendly, and my dog loved it too! Yes it was clean and smelled good. The bed felt like angels were holding us up while we slept. Very close to national Forests with hiking, swimming and camping+ I'm already planning our next stay in the fall or spring maybe both!! 5 stars and 10/10 recommend!!!"

"This hotel was huge! There was never an issue finding someone when u needed them and they were always happy to help. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were a little dated but not bad overall. The bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade and a good cleaning. Our biggest struggle was ch ck out at 10 a.m. it was very difficult to get all of our stuff to the car and get to breakfast before 10. Especially with only 4 elevators full of people trying to do the same thing. And I felt absolutely terrible for the house cleaning staff. They could not get their carts to the floors they needed to because the elevator s were full of everyone trying to leave or eat breakfast. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had checkout and breakfast be the same time. And I've never had checkout be @10 before. That just seemed nuts to me"

"This is the second time we have stayed at the is property. We like how it is located away from the strip. Both times we stayed in a smaller unit with one bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. The first time we stayed there the resort fee was waived because the "splashatorium" was under construction. Now the "splashatorium" is an outside water feature that is closed for the season (October days were reaching 80 and 90 degrees!) and the resort fee was not waived because they offer other activities and amenities like roasting marshmallows and a fitness room. They also offer crafts but will charge you an extra fee for those too. We chose leather crafting and were charged $2 each person for that. I do not enjoy the "nickel and diming" of the "resort" when we were already paying $25 a night for their resort fee. I doubt that we will stay here again."

"Wonderful Resort and an Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this resort! Our accommodations were comfortable, the property was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved how conveniently located our room was to the swimming pool. Being within easy walking distance made enjoying the pool even better! A few amenities were temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, but that didn't significantly affect our experience. We also noticed some ants in the kitchen, which was a minor inconvenience, but nothing that took away from our overall enjoyment. The staff members we encountered were friendly and pleasant, and we appreciated the privacy and relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would absolutely return. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Branson!"
