"We did not realize there was an airport shuttle, I emailed the hotel to ask however i recieved no response back. The front desk was great and let us early checkin at 2:15 pm however when we got to our room it was not cleaned properly, hair in the bathroom sink and floor, and floor had dust bunnies..."
