Ozawkie Hotel with Pool

"Was a really nice room. Clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was a shady looking man just parked in his car in the parking lot almost all day and into the night. As women traveling alone, we just felt a bit unsafe. "

"Nice quiet property tucked behind another business that blocked all street noise. Very close to retail shops, restaurants, fast food and parks. Lovely selection of hot or cold breakfast items, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. I will stay here again when I visit Topeka."

"Decided at the last minute to take the trip. Chose the least expensive spot which was about 1/2 of what the reservation would have been if I had joined the group attending the same event. I also traveled by motorcycle and saved a lot on the trip. (Haven't calculated how much yet). The location is showing it's age a bit, but there are some upgrades. Gone is the carpeting I usually find in motels, replaced with a solid surface. I think if that's going to be the new thing, then they should do a bit of in floor heating on each side of the bed and in the sink/tub and shower areas. "
