Pacheco Hotel with Pool

"I loved the location of the property and the beautiful views of the marina from our room. I do think it's time to upgrade the furniture in the rooms. They were pretty wore down. But the staff was great and i'd defintely come back."

"Comfortable and clean"

"Large room with surprise kitchenette. Leaky faucets, tepid water, burned out bulbs, frayed carpeting, sway back beds. Hate to sound so negative. Beautiful location less than half block from bird refuge path and other shopping areas. Certainly the price was right and this is why. Just needs a complete overall! Did not check out the pool area. "

"Big, clean rooms. Laid-back clientele. Good place to be with a favorite person and order door dash and not leave the room."

"It was a good stay. However, the bar didn’t open until 4 PM on Saturday and the service was a bit slow. We needed linens for the pull out bed and was delivered the wrong items. We had to call down to the front desk an embarrassing amount of times. We never want to be annoying but the items simply weren’t coming. We had to stay up for an hour and half awaiting sheets since the pull out mattress didn’t have linens. "

"Clean comfy room , basic breakfast of coffee, toast & cereal included in the price. Very close to the Amtrak railway line, so a bit noisy. Very convenient for the waterfront, restaurants & bars. Easy walk to train station."

"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree."
