The villa is on the countryside but only 1 km away from the beautiful town of Pachino which offers all services needed such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants, bank etc. the coast is less than 2 km away Marzamemi is 1.6 km there are equipped and free lidos where to enjoy a day on the beach. A security deposit of 500,00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
