Property was ok but WI Fi wasn’t good hard. To get signal
It is well decorated. We had minor issues such as the weather was so cold at night and there’s no heater. Also, the door’s lock and one window next to main door did not lock ( ROOM 22). We felt safe so we didn’t make a big deal about.
Nos dieron una habitación en tercer piso, llevábamos un bebé y yo uso bastón.
La mesera que atiende el jardín es muy déspota.
Quiten las carreras rotas, se ven horribles‼️
La habitación, bonita, cómoda, en general bien hotel.
El "Ratón" es excelente.
La ubicación es excelente y ambiente tranquilo, inconvenientes: el baño olía desagradable y el control de la habitación no funcionaba para cambiar los canales
El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, lo único que yo recomendaría es que agregaran más ventilación o bien ventiladores, ya que en la habitación que reservamos no tenía casi nada de ventilación y el ventanal no se podía quedar abierto, ya que no tenía soporte para que quedara abierto. Y la regadera estaba la mitad tapada y por ende no salía bien el agua.
Tiene unos jardines fantasticos, por las noches las luces se encienden y convierten el hotel en algo magico y maravilloso, las camas son muy muy comodas y todo el personal del hotel son atentos y respetuosos, recomiendo la estancia enormemente.
Me desconcertó que al llegar, la recepción me comentara que tenía que pagar el hospedaje en ese momento en efectivo o por transferencia. Según recuerdo que el pago lo realicé on line por hoteles.com; pero me explicaron que no aplican el cobro y que el pago se realiza al llegar al hotel. Sin embargo, no tienen terminal para el cobro. El cuarto fue pequeño, limpio y muy calientito, pero la ducha presentó un problema con el agua caliente, ya que era tan caliente que después de unos minutos salía muy poca agua y algo de vapor, por lo cual era escaso el flujo de agua y al tercer día dejó de salir agua caliente incluso del lavabo… Según el concierge, entró aire a la tubería y debería purgar el boiler… seguro arreglaron el problema, pero ya no nos tocó agua caliente el último día!
Bonito lugar, limpio, la atención muy buena, está cerca del centro y muy cómodo. Solo pondría un ventilador por si se siente calor de repente. Pero me encanto y si regresaré
No aceptan tarjetas, tuve que pagar todo al llegar y luego dicen que no dan ningún comprobante ni recibo. Luego la chapa de la puerta del cuarto asignado no funcionó, me cambian a otro cuarto pero con deficiencia de presión de agua en la regadera (que luego fue arreglada) y focos fundidos. Anuncian que hay restaurante, no existe.
En general el personal es muy amable pero les falta mayor capacitación resta mucho que no tengan restaurante propio o cuando menos una alternativa de servicio a la habitación es muy incómodo estar sujeto a los horarios del restaurante más cercano y también sería bueno que consideraran un servicio de spa y masajes que haría la experiencia de huéspedes mucho más cómoda y de descanso
Es uno de los pocos lugares de hospedaje en Huasca, es decir, no hay mucho de donde elegir. En un lugar tranquilo, sin embargo, el costo es excesivo para lo que ofrece, las camas y almohadas muy incomodas.
El costo es de un hotel resort de 4 estrellas y ofrece calidad de una estrella, no hay correspondencia.
